Once your virtualisation solution is in place and everything is running smoothly, it's a good idea to keep things that way. Our fully modular support contracts ensure your systems are constantly kept in optimum condition.

Vcentral offer VAssist which is a complete support solution, offering the flexibility to suit your requirements. VAssist provides telephone, e-mail, dial-in and on-site support services to assist you in resolving technical issues and to help with Proof of Concepts and pilot projects.

You’ll be given a single technical support hotline as well as access to our online support area where you can log new calls and view the status of outstanding calls. Your support calls will be answered by fully qualified consultants who have real world experience with virtualisation and often your environment.

Vcentral have excellent relationships with software vendors and so are able to quickly escalate and then manage these support calls if required.

Vcentral are able to offer an interactive online demo with one of our consultants. You can view a demonstration of the software as well as use the software yourself while being shadowed by the consultant. A telephone and / or video conference will be set up for the demonstration.
